Before you ask

Is the free plan a trial?: No. Five containers and one driver, free, with no expiry and no card. Every feature on it is the real one — it is a small version of the product, not a demo of it.
What counts toward the limits?: Containers and drivers, and nothing else. Dispatchers, managers, mechanics and every customer login you issue are unlimited on every plan including Free.
What happens when I outgrow a tier?: Nothing breaks and nothing is switched off. We tell you, and you move up at your next renewal. There is no overage charge and no surprise invoice.
Is there a contract?: Month to month by default. A three-year term is available and buys one thing: we fit the whole system to your branding — colours, wordmark, type — at no extra cost.
Can I get my data out?: It is a standard Postgres database and nothing in it depends on a proprietary feature. Ask and you get a dump — on any plan, including Free. Leaving is a support ticket, not a negotiation.
Do you take a cut of my invoices?: No. What you bill your customers is yours. The subscription is the whole commercial relationship.
What is not included?: Route optimisation and SMS notifications to your customers are not built. Accounting integrations are not shipped either — on Fleet they are scoped and built with you, which is a different promise from a feature that already exists. If one of these is why you are shopping, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether to wait.
