Roll-off container operations

Every box.
Every job site.
Off the whiteboard
in your head.

Fifty-two steel containers, a truck, and a phone that never stops. Hauler replaces the mental map and the text-message dispatch with one board: where each bin sits, who has it, how many days it has been there, and what the haul actually earned once it came back and hit the scale.

Where is it

Every container, live

Yard, job site, in transit or at the transfer station — with the day count that tells you which one to chase.

How long

The billable clock

Runs from delivery-confirmed to pickup-confirmed. Nothing is estimated and nothing is remembered.

What it made

Margin per haul

Revenue, driver payout and the disposal fee on the same line, so you know which hauls are worth taking.

Post-paid, from real numbers

The invoice is written
after the bin comes back.

Nobody is charged up front. The container goes out, sits on site, comes back, gets weighed and dumped — and only then is the order billed, from the real time on site and the real weight off the facility’s scale ticket. Every rate below is a configurable field on the container type, not a constant, and every order freezes the rate card it was created under.

Four roles, three surfaces

One system, built three different ways

A dispatcher at a desk, a driver in a cab and a contractor on a phone need opposite things. Density, target size and tone change per surface; the data underneath does not.

Dispatch desk

One board answers what breaks today if you do nothing: jobs with no driver, pickups that have been sitting for four days, bins past their included month, orders sitting uninvoiced. If the strip at the top is empty, the day is under control.

  • Assign a driver in one tap
  • Every bin, live, with a day count
  • Bulk-schedule tomorrow the night before

In the truck

Built for one thumb, gloves on, phone mounted, in bright sun. The driver sees today's run sheet and nothing else. Photo, GPS and notes on delivery; the scale ticket on the way back. Nothing blocks a job except the minimum proof.

  • 48px targets, 64px primary action
  • Forced-daylight mode for sunlit cabs
  • Every step commits independently

Customer portal

Calm and minimal. Request a bin, drop a pin and a photo of exactly where it goes, watch the day counter, ask for a pickup when you're done. The rate card is on screen before you commit, so the invoice is never a surprise.

  • Saved sites with access notes
  • The overage meter, shown honestly
  • Every proof photo and scale ticket

A rental is a route, not a status field

Yard to site, site to scale, scale to yard. The one segment drawn heavy is the only one that earns: delivery-confirmed to pickup-confirmed. There is no bin swap in this product — when a customer is done, the bin is picked up, the order closes, and the next one starts at full base price.
